The range of accommodation in Bali is enormous and we have contracts with most hotels and villas from budget to luxury. We cater for individual travelers , small groups through to more than 1000 passengers. Our job is to liase with the hotels to ensure that all Conference or Meeting equipment specifications are fulfilled and also such requests as special meals or theme nights.

Meeting Permit

For all meetings and conferences held in Indonesia, the local authorities require a valid Permit. The application must be submitted by a Sponsor.
