Lombok Day Tour 1

After an early morning flight to Lombok, the most popular destination in Nusa Tenggara, you will be met  on arrival by our guide who will proceed to reconfirm your return flight.

The  tour begins with the first stop being  Banyumulek Village, where you can see people at work producing pots and vases from local clay using very simple tools. Lombok pottery nowadays is widely exported. Next we visit  Sukarara Village which is located in central Lombok and renowned for its weaving. Here you will see  traditional weaving as as well as the ikat weaving processes. We make our way to the southern coast to Selung Belanak Beach, one of the most spectacular beaches in Lombok  and a chance for photo's  before continuing on to Goa Raksasa (Giant Cave). Next  Gunung Prabu Lookout where you can take in the panoramic views over the legendary Kuta Beach and it's hilly backdrop....a photographers delight !

We will have a lunch stop at Kuta Beach, with a set menu, and time permitting you can take a short walk along this pristine, sandy beach.  From here we head to Sade Sasak Village, the most prominent in the Rembitan area. Here youcan see traditional houses and rice barns that are simply formed with wood and bamboo frames and capped with pyramid shaped thatched roofs. The earthen floors are cemented with cow dung.

From here it is a non stop drive back to Lombok airport for your return flight to Bali ,where a guide will be waiting to transfer you back to your hotel.
