Head for the hills and the cool mountain air of Kintamani.
Take in the views of Bali's still active volcano Mount Batur which is historically documented as having it's first eruption in 1804. At the base of Mount Batur is the beautiful lake Danau Batur, the largest crater lake on the island of Bali and a good source of fish.
This comprehensive tour takes you through picturesque scenery enroute to the mountains with stops along the way.

In the courtyard at the front of the cave are a pair of bathing pools with maidens carved into the rock wall and spilling water from urns into the pools. These pools were once believed to give eternal youth to those who bathed in them.
